MODULE 1 - WHAT DOES TRANQUILITY MEAN TO YOU?

Peace of mind, or perhaps contentment. Perhaps a genuine belief that whatever maybe going on in the world,however uncertain and chaotic, doesn’t need to affect us as we are on our own little island of tranquility.

A lot of people live in a state of chronic anxiety and fear of the future. Whilst understandable, no solutions can be found when in this emotional state so We need tools to change it.

From beginning to end you will score on a standard psychology question of different aspects and levels of tranquility, so change can be both seen and monitored .

First exercise to experience tranquility.

MODULE 2 - NEUROCHEMISTRY OF TRANQUILITY

Tranquility is not only an emotional / spiritual state but chemical one in our body We’ll look at both quantum neurology of the brain and the neurotransmitters- happy hormones in the brain working all over the body. In Energy Medicine, this is the chemistry of happiness and also our internal pharmacy. Top 5 foods to reduce; top 5 to enhance happy hormones. Then we’ll learn how to ‘switch on’ the pharmacy!

MODULE 3 - LEARN TO USE YOUR BREATH TO CONNECT YOU TO DIFFERENT MENTAL STATES-A 

Throughout millennia all spiritual traditions relied on breathing exercises to help them to help space to reach the states they desired. Not only is breathing the essential difference between life and death; it allows the oxygen giving us vital life force energy.

Will practice specific exercises, firstly wants to come in a stressful situation.

Firstly , let me help you with the type of situation that you think you really going to ’lose it’ and you need something instant that will change your mental state and relax you.

Then there is the type of situation of chronic stress for every day seems to be the same as the last with no joy and contentment, Perhaps due to chronic anxiety.

MODULE 4 - QUANTUM FIELD LIGHT HARMONISATION 

At a higher level of sophistication, here we will have a close look at the brain neural circuitry, and  how electromagnetic transmissions should flow smoothly in a well insulated neurological network.
